We have been working hard on eating healthier in our family so I have been on the lookout for some great healthy snacks. I recently found this company called Crispy Green and I am in loved with their product Crispy Fruit. Crispy Fruit is freeze dried fruit pieces that make really yummy snacks. I love them!
The banana is my favorite. It is crispy and reminds me of eating chips (without the carbs) and they have a great sweet taste that is not over powering but enough to squash my sweet cravings. I am a huge sweets eater and that is my biggest challenge so I love that I can have a pouch of these and overcome my cravings. They are 100% fruit and that’s it, so no worries about carbs, added sugars, preservatives, or anything like that. Just natural fruit in a great crispy snack. They are also gluten-free! They come in a variety of flavors banana, mango, pineapple, apple, Asian pear, cantaloupe, and tangerine.
Crispy fruit makes great gifts for the holidays as well. If you have some people on your list who like healthier options for food instead of all the cookies and sweets this is a great option. They fit well in stockings and gift baskets as well.
